Introducing Events from Crafted Concepts

This stellar lineup of restaurants allows us to truly customize and create events just for you that draw on the talent, beautiful spaces and culinary teams of all five restaurants.

Lounge outside on one of Denver’s best hidden patios, or come inside for an intimate French dinner for twelve in our working Wine Room, seated dinner for thirty in the semi-private Atrium, or a seated dinner for fifty guests in our main dining room at Bistro Vendôme.

An elegant passed appetizer cocktail party for large groups, or a seated dinner with James Beard award-winning chef Jennifer Jasinski at Rioja.

Fun for a hundred, reception style - or up to seventy-eight seated guests with craft beer, poutines and house made sausages at Euclid Hall. Creative craft beer pairings with each course available!

Shared plate pintxos and tapas enjoyed with gin tonics with Spanish-inspired murals at Ultreia in Denver’s bustling Union Station. Full-buyouts with patio can accommodate a hundred guests.

Take a School of Fish course, or experience an oyster-shucking team builder at Stoic & Genuine – Denver’s premier seafood destination.

Whatever the occasion, Crafted Concepts has a venue and menu to exceed your expectations. We truly thrive on creating custom events and exciting experiences – the only limit is your imagination!

All five restaurants utilize local ingredients and employ sustainable practices whenever possible. Quality is the number one priority.

Our fish is sourced from sustainable and trusted fishmongers. Local specialties like Colorado Lamb and Haystack Mountain Goat Cheese make regular appearances on all our menus. If we can get an organic product that meets our quality specifications, we buy it first. If we can buy it locally, better yet.
